At the commencement of any new tenancy we will transfer utility accounts into tenant names with up-to-date meter readings to avoid unnecessary erroneous billing and ensure all accounts are up to date.
We have a dedicated & trusted panel of interior designers who can provide a wide range of services from basic window dressings and furnishings through to high end refurbishments attracting the highest possible rents for our landlords.
Our portfolio landlords benefit from our regular consolidated reports monitoring their income and expenditure across often diverse portfolios.
Our team oversee the preparation and submission for individual or company annual tax returns, appointing suitable accountants to file the returns and ensure the landlord is tax compliant in the UK. We can also oversee the filing of Annual Tax on Enveloped Dwellings (ATED) as well as maintaining registration of offshore structures with UK Companies House.
