Our experienced team of property managers carry out routine security & maintenance checks and provide detailed photographic reports as well as dealing with post and arranging an out of hours key holding service in case of emergencies.
Alongside our trusted panel of contractors, many of which we have been working with for more than 10 years, we provide our homeowners with both preventative & reactive maintenance packages, including servicing, repairs and maintenance of inbuilt heating, cooling and A/C systems as well as handyman services.
In advance of your arrival we will prepare the property, overseeing professional cleaning & laundry, making sure all systems are in good working order, routine maintenance has been carried out and groceries delivered, to ensure everything is prepared for your stay.
We manage all household bills making sure utility bills are not inflated with the ability to hold funds on account to pay ad hoc expenses as well as managing Service Charge & Ground Rent payments.
We will arrange for the installation and setup of services in the property including phone, broadband and international/Arabic TV.
If your property is vacant for long periods of time, it is imperative you have the right insurance policy to ensure your property is protected and policy is valid in the event of a claim. We can arrange suitable insurance cover for your property and contents and can manage claims on your behalf, arranging quotes from contractors as necessary.
